How we work

1. Brief in

We ask you to send us as much information about the role you are looking to fill.

2. Chat

We'll arrange a time to chat in person or over the phone about your perfect candidate.

3. Filtering

We'll speak with the best candidates that suit your role(s) in our network. We will also talk to our network of influencers in education and industry to get further recommendations.

4. Delivery

We'll send a small shortlist of candidates, we believe in sharing the right people who are available. We'll then assist in setting up interviews with your chosen candidates.

5. Success

We can assist with your hiring process, contracts and anything else you need until your new colleague starts.
