One of the UK’s leading independent agencies joined us to build exposure for their graduate scheme.
At 150 people and with a host of huge clients, Rufus ran an annual internship programme as well as recruiting junior talent throughout the year.
Our relationship started with Rufus attending events at universities and at our offices in London, sharing careers advice and inspiring young people into the world of brand and digital.
As a result of effectively engaging students through these events and through online content, talent was identified for the Rufus Raw internship programme.
We advised on the structure and promotion of the programme before encouraging those in the talent pool to apply for one of the 5 available internship roles.
As assessment day was held at Rufus after 100+ applicants were whittled down to 25 through applicants responses to key questions asked in the application.
As a result of working with FutureRising to raise awareness of the programme and identify talent to apply, 5 new interns have started on the Raw programme having entered via the FutureRising platform.
In addition to this, and as a huge bonus, a junior strategist has been hired as a result of meeting at a university event in Southampton.
Over the coming months we will be supporting the interns during their time at Rufus and continue to identify junior talent to join the business.
